Our group of kiddos includes children with feeding tube, tracheostomy, apnea monitor, daily prescribed medications, spina bifida, Muscular Dystrophy, down syndrome, quadriplegia, seizure disorders, and other conditions requiring nursing skills.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Children who require this type of care must be referred by a physician.

Once we are in contact with the physician who referred you, and after signing the consent, a care plan is created.

From there, we can collect needed information and submit the plan to your insurance provider for approval.
